Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall gambling by taking advantage of an act of offering property or property benefits to persons who win the result of a creation of voting rights for sports promotion or others similar thereto by a person who is not an entrusted business entity and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation for the Olympic Games or a person who is not an entrusted business entity.

Nevertheless, on October 28, 2015, at the Defendant’s residence located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (a) connected the Defendant’s computer to “C” and “D”; (b) deposited KRW 700,500 in the company bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Defendant; (c) deposited the amount of KRW 700,50 in the company bank account in the name of the F designated by the operator of the said site; (d) deposited the corresponding game money with the Plaintiff, and (e) performed the sports and gambling in Korea and abroad, such as a stable, using the said game money; and (e) deposited the betting and gambling in the said site from May 16, 2016 to deposit the total amount of KRW 674,709,210,00 in the sports account designated by the operator of the said website, and (e) deposited the said game money in the way of sports and gambling in Korea and abroad.
