Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2013, from 08:00 to 09:30 on February 5, 2013, the Defendant raised a complaint against the following: (a) from around 08:00 to around 09:30, the passage of the vehicle owned by the Defendant, namely, C (BMW) car, which is a vehicle owned by the Defendant, was parked normally, to prevent the residents and ordinary vehicles from freely passing through the road because the parking space of the above apartment is insufficient and the CCTV for crime prevention is not installed.
