Examining the evidence duly adopted and examined by the relevant legal principles (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 2002Do3445, Apr. 11, 2003) and the court of first instance and the court of first instance, the court below is justified in finding the Defendants guilty of all the charges of this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

The ground of appeal is without merit, since it points out the misunderstanding of legal principles on the premise that the court below found facts.
