A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On June 10, 1981, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on August 10, 1981; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on August 24, 1987; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; and imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on July 8, 2005; and imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. at the Busan District Court on January 16, 196.

[2] The Defendant, without any special property or income, stolen the wallets located on the shopping car or baby mar, with a view to using them as living expenses, while returning to Busan, Ulsan, and with no other property or income. On July 29, 2017, around 16:10, in the “D store” located in Busan, Busan, the victim E left the wall in the shopping car and left the wall in the shopping car, and made use of the gap in surveillance that the surveillance was neglected, in which the cash owned by the victim in the above bank was 1.20,00 won, five credit cards, five debit cards, one resident registration certificate, four copies, one driver’s license certificate, one copy of the vehicle registration certificate, and one seal imprint, and then sealed the wallets with the market price of 50,000 won, which is prepared in advance, and distributed it out of the store by means of theft.

In addition, the Defendant’s total amount of KRW 3.8 million from victims to November 15, 2017, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, is habitually equivalent to the total market value of eight times.
