The defendant is a person who drives a PP car.

At around 00:10 on July 29, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately 100 meters from the front side of the drinking fluorg in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu to the front side of the glugnam Elementary School located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
