Reasons

The reasons why the court should explain this case are as stated in the part of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for dismissal or addition as set forth in paragraph (2) below, and thus, this case is cited in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act. The part which is dismissed or added shall be referred to as “the 26 February 26, 2015,” which is referred to as “the 5th eightth day of the judgment of the court of first instance,” which is “the 22 October 2015.”

The following shall be added to the "receiving point" of the 8th 13th 13th son of the judgment of the first instance:

The receipt “(A)” indicates “a certificate” refers to a delivery-certified mail on December 3, 2012 by the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff B, C, D, and F, on January 8, 2013, and each of the postal offices sent postal items to the Defendant on December 3, 2012.
