The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is a person who served as a financial director from January 29, 2014 to June 2014.

On February 2, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement that “The Defendant would help the victim live in a clan land by exercising his influence on the clan executive branch, if the Defendant had a KRW 200 million.”

However, in fact, in order to purchase a clan land, the resolution of the board of directors of the clan is required, and there was no idea that the defendant would live in the execution book with the expenses for the clan, so the defendant did not have the intention or ability to help the victim purchase the clan land, even if he received money from the injured party.

Defendant deceiving the victim as above, and acquired 50 million won from the injured party near Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, and J apartment 814, the Defendant’s residence, around February 28, 2014, by receiving 50 million won from the injured party.

2. As duly examined evidence, the Defendant stated that (i) the Defendant has consistently received KRW 50 million from the victim from the investigative agency to the court; (ii) the victim has played a role as a broker in the sale of real estate owned by the E clan for a long time, and (iii) the victim has been using partitionss in the same space as the clans, and therefore was well aware of the circumstances of the clans return to the clans; and (iv) the Defendant has delivered money to the victims as well as other members of the EM over several occasions; and (v) G has first given the land in this court under the condition that he has sold it.

It shall be possible to live in the ground of a clan.

The money was changed.

50 million won was a kind of fashion.

It means that it will be possible to spawn the land.
