Reasons
1. Basic facts

B. The Plaintiff entered into a fire insurance contract with the ELN Global with the content that the insurance period is “from October 21, 2013 to October 21, 2014,” and that the policyholder and the insured are “ELN Global” (hereinafter “instant fire insurance”).
