Around April 8, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle and proceeded with the central line while driving the said vehicle at a shooting distance room at the entrance of the elementary school of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front side of the road of the first line of Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
