1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 36,892,875 with respect to the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from April 16, 2016 to April 24, 2019.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. Fact 1) Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant”)
(2) On April 15, 2016, U.S. employees, including the Plaintiff, were awarded a contract for the construction of a new Egsan-gun D Industrial Complex, and then subcontracted F to Defendant C, who run F, by separating the part of the fixed and the installation of safety facilities of the roof board from among them. The Plaintiff was employed by Defendant C along with G, and the construction of the roof board at the above construction site. The subcontracted work is to establish a board in accordance with the bones of the factory installed by the Defendant Company. F workers, including the Plaintiff, were aground on the roof frame by liftinging the roof board on April 15, 2016.
On April 16, 2016, before conducting the fixed work of the roof board around 07:40, the Plaintiff moved to the upper part of the roof board to install a line to fix the safety level (safety level) to be used during work, and fell down below 8 meters from the roof board.
