A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:00 on April 18, 2013, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content 0.169% at a section of approximately 3km from the site near the site located in the original city level to the roads in front of the Yellow cafeteria cafeteria, which is located in the official city in the original city level.
