1. Basic facts

A. Personal relations 1) The Plaintiff is a child of C (I birth, death on December 30, 1987) and J is a son of C, K, and L. C at the time of death. At the time of death, M and four other children of C were dead on October 31, 194, and M and D were deceased on May 21, 1968, and D was declared missing on June 7, 1968.
