A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a father who is a small father of the victim B (30 years of age).

1. On March 21, 2019, at around 09:10 on March 21, 2019, the Defendant of defamation: (a) sound that “B continued to commit violence to B” while employees, such as the victim’s superior commissioner, etc., in the three-story mine branch offices located in the Gwangju Mine District; and (b) then accused the victim as “B’s remaining injury” at around 11:50 on the same day, the Defendant sent a text message to the above D; and (c) assaulted B of the above OOO headquarters E division by phone to the above OOOO headquarters E division around 25:40 on the same month, the Defendant accused the victim as continuing to be injured and informed the media of the injury; and (d) around 08:58 on April 4, 2019, “B along with the victim’s pictures,” “B along with the victim’s side pictures,” was sent to the victim’s vice head on the same month.

At around 10:00, at the branch office of the above OOO Corporation branch, the victim’s commercial parties, such as the above DD branch, assaulted the victim’s father-child, who were heard by the victim’s commercial parties, such as the above D vice head, and was in a prudente. On March 19, 2019, the Defendant, etc. of the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. sent text messages to the victim six times in total, including transmission of text messages to the victim, “I are not human beings. I are prepared to retire.” From around that time to March 17:21, 2019, the Defendant sent text messages to the victim six times in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes committed.

Accordingly, the defendant has repeatedly reached the victim's text that arouses apprehension.

3. On April 3, 2019, the Defendant sent text messages stating that “A victim’s victim’s victim’s victim’s victim’s victim’s victim’s victim’s victim’s victim’s victim’s victim’s purchase return KRW 10,000,000,000 as the purchase cost of the vehicle,” and the victim did not comply therewith.
