1. The Defendant completed the acquisition by prescription on January 17, 2012 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s acquisition of land ownership and registration of partition (1) The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land B at Jeju-si on November 12, 1984.

On December 20, 1986, the real estate in the list was divided among the above B land on December 20, 198, and the land category was changed to a road on January 17, 1992.

(2) The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 28, 1986 with respect to C land.

On December 23, 1987, the two real estate listed in the list was divided among the above C land, and the land category on the same day was changed to a road.

(3) On November 12, 1984, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for D land. On December 23, 1987, the three land indicated in the attached list was divided among the above D land, and the land category was changed to a road.

B. (1) The Plaintiff’s possession is above B land, E land, and D owned by the Plaintiff.

As stated in the separate sheet, each land remaining after division and each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”) is not actually divided.

In addition, roads are not constructed on the ground of the land of this case.

(2) The Plaintiff acquired ownership of the above B land, C land, and D land in 1984 or in 1986, and thereafter operates the F farm farm while occupying each of the above land (including the instant land).

C. (1) On January 17, 1992, North Jeju-gun completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of donation made on November 15, 1991 with respect to the instant land, and thereafter, the property of North Jeju-gun was transferred to the Defendant.

(2) The Plaintiff did not register his seal imprint with the government offices in 1991 and 192, and there was no certificate of seal imprint issued by the government offices around that time.
