Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the origin.

Nevertheless, at around 15:30 on December 12, 2019, the Defendant packages approximately 8,000 km (10 km from the distribution network) in Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, C, and Jindo-gun, and displayed a false indication of origin or a mark likely to cause confusion thereof by packaging the product with the trademark “D”, using the product network bearing the trademark “D.”
