A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:40 on June 7, 2013, the Defendant driven a C-do motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 10km of 0.252% alcohol concentration, without obtaining a driver's license, from the road 31-2, each south of Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, to the roads in front of Cheongdo-Eup, Cheongdo-do-Eup, the same Cheongdo-do-Eup.

On November 28, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million by the Daegu District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) on November 28, 2012, and on July 5, 2013, the Defendant is a person who was under detention with the same court on July 5, 2013 and is currently under trial.

Criminal facts

On July 29, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license on 15:30 driver's license, driven a Dabol XG car with no mandatory insurance coverage of 0.212% of blood alcohol concentration, resulting in a traffic accident that meets the left side side of the victim D (the age of 62) who illegally crosses the crosswalk from the right side of the running direction to the left side of the Defendant's driving vehicle, due to negligence in neglecting the duty of the driver's license on the front side of the driving vehicle while driving the road in front of the CUma located in the Cheongyang-do, Seoyang-do, Cheongyang-do, Seoyang-do.

Due to the above traffic accident, the victim suffered injuries, such as the mouths of the Wones of Wones of Wones of Wones of Wones of Wones of Wones of Wone

As a result, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license in a situation where it is difficult to drive the motor vehicle normally due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the injury of people.
