Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in DNA's private taxi driving business.

On June 21, 2015, at around 18:45, the Defendant proceeded along a two-lane road in front of the dead Dong-dong 7, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Si-si, with one-lane from the front side of the racing.

Since there is a limited speed of 80km and there is an access road to the vehicle, the person engaged in the vehicle driving business has a duty of care to prevent accidents by properly manipulating the steering gear and brake system while observing the restricted speed.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and found it late after the passenger car driven by the victim E (W, 50 years old) who was crossing the speed from the right-hand side of the Defendant’s running direction to the left-hand side of the Defendant’s running speed exceeding 49 km per hour, but did not avoid it, and received the left-hand part of the said car by the Defendant’s front-hand part of the said taxi.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim E from the above occupational negligence to the external trauma showor in the workplace, and suffered injury to G (V, 22 years old) who is the passenger of the said rocketing car, for about six weeks of treatment. In addition, the Defendant suffered injury, such as the pelle part of the pelle part of the pelle part in which detailed treatment is required for approximately six weeks of treatment.
