1. The defendant, among the 1/2 shares of the 3,280 square meters of the 1/2,00 square meters of Kuwon-gun H, Gowon-gun H, the defendant 2. 3/13 shares, the plaintiff B, C, D, E, and F, respectively.

1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the respective entries in Gap evidence 1 to 4 and Eul evidence 1 to 3 (including paper numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply) and the whole purport of the pleadings:

Around July 4, 1956, the network I completed the registration of ownership transfer due to the restoration of the land of 6,251 square meters (hereinafter “instant land before the instant partition”) from the J (hereinafter “J”) of J (hereinafter “J”) of J (hereinafter “J”) of Gosung-gun, Gowon-gun, Gowon-gun, J (hereinafter “instant land”). Around July 4, 1956, the network I sold 1/2 shares out of the land before the said partition to the network L, thereby completing the registration of ownership transfer as to the above 1/2 shares on December 14, 1959.

B. On February 18, 1985, the land prior to the instant subdivision was divided into K 2,944 square meters and M 3,307 square meters.

C. The net N (Death on December 7, 1995) completed the registration of the entire share transfer (ownership transfer registration) of all co-owners with respect to M 3,307 square meters due to sale and purchase on January 20, 1970 by Act No. 3627, Feb. 3, 1986.

Around April 22, 2000, K 2,944 square meters of land was each substituted with the instant land (H 3,280 square meters); and M land was a O 6,095 square meters of land (round September 23, 2003, part of the land was divided and the area was 6,071.6 square meters of land).

The deceased L was killed on April 11, 1978, and the plaintiff A is the wife of the deceased L, and the rest of the plaintiffs are the children of the deceased L.

F. The deceased on February 5, 1996. The deceased on February 5, 1996, the deceased's heir of the deceased on February 5, 1996 completed the agreement on the division of inherited property by the defendant, who was the child of the deceased I, to inherit all the property of the deceased I. The defendant completed the registration of the transfer of the ownership of the deceased I's shares among the land of this case on March 22, 2001.

G. On December 15, 2009, the Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Sincheon District Court Branch of the Chuncheon District Court seeking the cancellation of the ownership transfer registration for 1/2 shares owned by the deceased L, among the instant land.
