A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2018, the Defendant was a police officer working at the Yongsan Police Station until the early police officer, and the victim D (V, 47 years of age) and Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government was a goldyang Elementary School Chang-dong in Yongsan-gu, and around November 2013, the Defendant again developed from the above elementary school Chang-dong group to the relationship of annual relations within the country.

당시 피고인은 피해 자가 배우자와 사별한 사실을 알고 피해자에게 접근하여 ‘ 나는 용산 경찰서 E 형사로 근무하고 있는데, 최근 부인과 사별했다’ 고 말하여 피해자의 환심을 샀고, 피해자와 만남을 이어가 던 중 피해자가 사별한 배우 자로부터 상속 받은 재산으로 생활하고 있어 여유 돈이 있다는 사실을 알게 되자 피고인의 채무 등을 변제하기 위해 피해자를 속여 피해자의 돈을 편취하기로 마음먹었다.

1. However, the defendant knew from around 1993 that he had been living.

F had lent money to F in early 2012 to F and had not received the principal, and there was no other way to make profits from “interest play.” Under the Defendant’s property registration record, there was no economic circumstance such as the continuous increase of financial institution obligations from around 2011, and there was no intention or ability to give monthly interest and return the principal, even if the Defendant borrowed money from the injured party due to economic circumstances such as a large amount of personal obligations not registered, other than the details of property registration.

Nevertheless, there is a need to do so.
