Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle B.

On October 31, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at around 22:20 km, and proceeded at a speed of about 25 km from the upstream of the Sinpo-si bus stops in front of the Sinpo-si bus stops located at the speed of Sinpo-si.

At the time of night, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance, such as reducing speed and checking whether there is a person on the road, etc., for those engaged in driving of a motor vehicle.
