A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a foreigner of a ellley nationality.

On July 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 20:50, the Defendant: (b) placed an opportunity to cut precious metal around the shop near the precious metal shop operated by the victim D, and opened an entrance locking system by fluoring the locking system of the store entrance and fluoring the fluoring system, and entered the store in an unfluoring manner; (c) the sum of the market prices of 1.8 million won, which are owned by the victim at the display site, is at least KRW 1.8 million; (d) the sum of 60,000,000,000 won in the market price of KRW 1.4 billion in total; (e) 60,000,00 won in the shape of K; (e) 1,000,000 won in the market price of KRW 8,00,00 in the aggregate; and (e) 1,40,000,000 market price of KRW 1.4.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night, and stolen precious metal equivalent to 32.5 million won in total at the market price owned by the victim.
