Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a taxi driver B.
1. On January 4, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) (hereinafter “Dangerous”) driven the said taxi along the two-lane two-lane distance from the northwest-west market by driving the said taxi while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.145%.
At the time, the Defendant, as seen above, driven the said taxi under the influence of drinking, such as a light during driving at a remote distance and a light while driving, and continued to drive the said taxi without viewing the DMF7 car driven by the injured party C(the age of 31) who is waiting for the signal at the front of the Defendant, and led the following part of the said SM7 car to the front part of the said cab. Accordingly, the said SM7 car was pushed down in the front part, and the said SM7 car was pushed down in the front part, and the said MF7 car was driven by the injured party E(the age of 39) who is waiting for the signal at the front part.
As a consequence, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C, such as acute catum salt, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim E, such as catum salt, tension, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
2. Around 19:45 on January 4, 2014, the Defendant driven the said taxi under the influence of alcohol by 0.145% in a section of about 1km from a 1km road in front of the frequency in which it is impossible to find out the trade name in the Sonsan-si fish-dong.
