1. Defendant A is a person who served as the head of the F quality control department of the special beeing manufacturer that supplies beeling parts to the Defense Acquisition Program Administration from March 2, 2005 to June 12, 2008 and from January 2, 2009 to July 31, 2012.

As such, the Defendant changed the contents of the test report conducted by the Korea Construction and Living Environment Examination Institute in the above Korea to satisfy the KS standards and attempted to exercise it.
