Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The evidence of seizure referred to in subparagraph 3 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Sungnam branch of Suwon District Court on September 29, 2016, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on June 16, 2017.
