A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant and related persons are the actual operators of E, a corporation established for the purpose of soil construction business, etc., and the representative director of F, a limited company established for the purpose of landscaping planting business, etc.

G is the operator of a private business chain who works for the Defendant’s wife, from around 2013 to around 13, as a cosmetic I, and supplies office supplies to administrative agencies from around 2014.

K has served as six major I military units in the former North I military from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2014. 2. Offering a bribe through G;
