A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who is a Chinese citizen staying in the invitation, was aware that the defendant could change the visiting employment visa to the overseas Koreans visa (F-4) when acquiring the national technical qualification certificate, and extended the period of stay. The defendant was entrusted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and obtained the national technical qualification witness information processing technician qualification certificate issued by the Korea Technical Qualification Examination Board.

However, around August 2014, the Defendant, who was in mind of the lack of the ability to interpret and correct the examination questions in Korean language, called the front door to the effect that “the qualification examination may be changed to 99% F-4% by viewing the qualification examination” at the front seat near the office of the Defendant in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, the Defendant was willing to take the examination by an agreement to pay 1.6 million won when he passes the examination by an unlawful means, instead of the date of the examination.

1. On October 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received antenna lines, etc. from Chinese people on his or her name-free basis to increase the radio earphone and the radio earphone reception rate; (b) around the 18th day of the same month, around the 2014, the 18th regular data processing technician qualification certificate of the information processing technician at the Ansan Industries High School, in which the written examination of the 18th regular engineer qualification certificate of the 2014 full-time engineer at the 28th day of the 2014 Ganyang High School, which was in effect, was installed with the above equipment, such as wearing the radio earphone delivered from Chinese people on his or her name-free basis and attaching it on the shoulder connected to the antenna line; and (c) applied for a written examination of the information processing technician qualification in a way that enters the correct answer to notify the false Chinese people

Accordingly, the defendant applied for the examination in collusion with the person who was not injured in the name of the defendant and applied for the examination by fraudulent means as above, and the 18th regular information processing technician conducted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea through fraudulent means.
