A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

Around 00:30 on June 27, 2016, the Defendant used a kitchen knife ( approximately 32 cm in total length, approximately 18 cm in length) which is a dangerous object on the ground that the Defendant resided in the room room of the victim C (23 cm) of this floor and generated noise between ordinary stories, and then used the kitchen knife ( approximately 32 cm in total length, about 18 cm in length) above the part of the victim’s timber, and “the death was discarded.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
