1. Basic facts

가. 의료기기 도소매업체인 원고는 2013. 7. 8. ‘B’라는 상호로 의료기제품 판매업에 종사하는 피고와 사이에, 주식회사 제네웰(이하 ‘소외 회사’라고 한다)이 생산하는 창상피복재인 리젠콜, 리젠웰, 리젠팩(이하 ‘이 사건 제품’이라 한다)을 원고가 피고로부터 공급받아 판매하기로 하는 계약(이하 ‘이 사건 판매계약’이라 한다)을 체결하였는데, 그 주요 내용은 다음과 같다.
