1. On December 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:40 on December 6, 2016, the Defendant issued an order for beer and beer to the victim; and (b) obtained a total of KRW 80,000 from the injured party when the injured party knew about 10 concurrently, and acquired the order by taking it into account the victim’s intention or ability to pay the drinking value.

On December 5, 2016, at around 02:30 on December 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) expressed, without any justifiable reason, a large voice, “hinging year, the same year of the death, the horns of the death, and the two sides of this funeral, if only the funeral is inside and outside; (b) 10 minutes of the rest of the restaurant entrance, such as walking the restaurant entrance, leaving the restaurant door, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.

4. 공무집행 방해 피고인은 2016. 12. 5. 02:40 경 부산시 영도구 I 앞길에서 전항 기재 범죄로 112 신고를 받고 출동한 부산 영도 경찰서 J 지구대 순경 K으로부터 전항 기재 사실관계에 대해 질문을 받자, 위 K에게 갑자기 “ 내가 뭘 잘못했는데, 씹할 놈 아, 좆같은 새끼가! ”라고 욕설을 하면서 주먹으로 K의 가슴 부분을 2회 때려 폭행하였다.
