In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fines, only 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who drives C urban bus and Defendant B is a person who drives D urban bus as his duties.

Defendant

A, around 18:12 on February 8, 2019, is an intersection in which a vehicle signal, etc. is installed if the said vehicle was operated at the Goyang-gu E Apartment Intersection in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and thus, the driver of all vehicles has a duty of care to safely operate the vehicle in compliance with the signal of the frontline vehicle.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence of neglecting the electric-way red signal and making a direct access to the intersection, Defendant B's bus entered the intersection in the left side of the direction of the defendant's proceeding caused an unfolding traffic accident where the bus of the defendant B, who was directly engaged in entering the intersection, rapidly operated within the intersection.

As a result, the victim F(65 years of age, female) who was on board the vehicle driven by Defendant B caused a safety accident to go beyond the vehicle, and the victim suffered injury such as salt, tensions, etc. in the climatic trend requiring treatment for about two weeks.
