Punishment of the crime

On January 6, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million due to a violation of Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), etc. in the Gwangju District Court's support on January 6, 2009. On October 1, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million due to a violation of Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the Gwangju District Court's net support.

On January 29, 2017, the Defendant driven C rocketing car from around 02:151% of alcohol concentration during blood transfusion to around 200 meters from the front of the 200-2-ro, 172, a day before the Seoul Northernbuk-dong Park to the same 29-2 (2, 200 meters away from the front of the 200-ro, Seoul Northern-dong Park.
