A Imprisonment for six months and fines for negligence of 5,000,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operated “D” on the first floor of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building from October 2012 to June 2013, and Defendant B is a person who took over and operated the said establishment from June 2013.

1. From October 2012 to May 28, 2013, Defendant A operated “D” on the first floor of the building in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from around October 2012 to around May 28, 2013, Defendant A received KRW 90,00 from customers E who found the said establishment around May 28, 2013, and directed them to two rooms of the said establishment, and had female employees F enter the instant establishment into the E’s sexual organ at which he/she received KRW 90,00,00 from customers and directed them at one room of the said establishment, leading them to take the sexual organ of G from around October 201 to May 28, 2013, and received the similarity between female employees and the said “D” in exchange for money from the said “D”.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

2. Defendant A and Defendant B, while running the said “D” from June 18, 2013 to July 24, 2013, employed Defendant B as the head of the office, and Defendant A instructed only 80,000 won from I of the customers who found the said establishment to one of the above businesses, and let female employees J of the said establishment do the act of similarity, such as having them enter I’s sexual organ at that place, and directed twice of the said business establishment to receive KRW 80,000 from K, and let female employees F of the said business to do the act of similarity from June 18, 2013 to July 24, 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.
