1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.111% among blood transfusions on July 20, 2018, and continued to drive the said car at a speed of 0.11%, prior to the C cafeteria located in B at Yangyang-si, on a speed of about 20km from the library room to the mamp mar post office.

At the time, at night and at the front of the defendant's driving direction, the Eone Star Sheet, driven by the victim D (67 cc), stops in the signal atmosphere, and thus, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to see the front door well and properly manipulate the brake system, thereby preventing the accident from being delayed.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to properly operate the brakes while under the influence of alcohol, and caused the part on the left part of the above vans to be the front part of the said car.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim FF (54 years old), who was on board the said car, for approximately two-day medical treatment, such as light clocks, tensions, etc. in need of two-day medical treatment.

2. The Defendant 1 driven the car as stated in the above 1. paragraph 1. while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.111% in blood alcohol level from the front side of the apartment complex to the road of about 3.77 km from the 3.7km section of the above 1.1 to the road of the above 1.1.
