1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant Aju Construction Co., Ltd.: 74,720,824 won and its related amount from December 25, 1998 to December 25, 2004
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On March 16, 2004, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against Defendant A general construction company and H with the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2003Da396291, and rendered a judgment on March 16, 2004 that “Defendant A comprehensive construction company and H shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff 74,720,824 won, as well as 14% per annum from December 25, 1998 to February 18, 2004, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment,” and the above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.
B. On March 29, 2006, H died (hereinafter “H”) and the deceased’s heir were wife I and J, K, and L, who were their children, but according to the inheritance waiver trial, H succeeded to the deceased’s sibling M, N, B, and C’s property.
C. M and C filed a report on the qualified acceptance of inheritance with respect to the deceased on March 18, 2010.
M succeeded to M on April 12, 2010 by Defendant D, Defendant E, F, and G, the wife, following the death of April 12, 2010.

According to the facts of the determination as to the cause of the claim, the defendant Eul, the heir of the deceased who is an owner of the family council, was 18,680,206 won (i.e., 74,720,824 won x 1/4 won) and the amount calculated at the rate of 14% per annum from December 25, 1998 to February 18, 2004; and (ii) the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment; and (iii) the defendant Eul, the heir of the deceased of the family council to which the family council is located, shall be 18,680,206 won (i.e., 74,720,824 won x 1/4) and the amount of qualified acceptance, within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased; and (iv) the amount of the property inherited from the defendant C, D, E, F, and G shall be 806,4.27
