Punishment of the crime

1. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has established the structure of fraud of lending money to false workers under the Korean Housing Fund to stabilize the housing of homeless workers at a rate lower than the market interest rate without securing the entire housing loan funds from the National Housing Fund.

The crime of fraud of lending money to false workers is a structure of lending money in the name of a disguised company, such as a certificate of employment, detailed statement of wages, income tax withholding certificate, etc. as if the lending title holder actually works for the lending title holder by recruiting the lending title holder in the name of a disguised company, and a false housing lease contract is prepared between a false lessee and a false lessor as if the lending title holder actually worked for the lending title holder, and then falsely prepares a false housing lease contract between a false lessee and a false lessor, and then submits relevant documents prepared as seen above and a false housing lease contract related to the lending of money to the financial institution entrusted with the business of lending money to the lending of money to workers, and by submitting only the house lease contract to the financial institution, it is possible to easily obtain a loan in the name of a false lessee by requesting a loan in the name of a false lessee.

2. On September 2014, Defendants A and E’s co-principal (hereinafter “F”) searched the Internet to obtain a credit loan and called “F” in order to request the lending of the loan to obtain a credit loan.
