The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below against the defendant on the summary of the grounds for appeal (ten months of imprisonment and two years of suspended sentence) is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the Defendant seems to have led to the confession of all of the instant crimes and reflect in depth.

There are also circumstances that can be taken into account, such as the fact that the defendant had undergone simple medication and did not participate in the distribution of phiphones, and that there was no record of criminal punishment except that having been sentenced to a fine on one occasion.

However, considering all the above circumstances, the lower court appears to have been placed in the Defendant’s place of probation, and there is no special change in sentencing conditions in the trial.

In light of the above circumstances, the crime of this case is heavy in light of the period, frequency, and the quantity of philophones handled by purchasing philophones and administering the philophones, and the Defendant was simply harming narcotics at the crypt.

In full view of the following circumstances: (a) it is difficult to see that the Defendant’s scopphones were detected in both the Defendant’s scopphones and the Defendant’s scopphones, and the degree of addiction seems to be light; and (b) other circumstances that form the conditions for sentencing as indicated in the record, such as the Defendant’s age, sex, criminal conduct, environment, family relationship, motive, means and consequence of the commission of the crime, etc., the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable because

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the appeal of this case is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
