A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

Defendant 12 is a person who operates a mutual real estate consulting firm with the trade name of “C Co., Ltd.” in Syang-si B.

1. A person who intends to run the brokerage business of an unregistered brokerage office shall register the establishment of a brokerage office with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over an area where he/she intends to establish such brokerage office in accordance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries
