Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:30 on April 10, 2015, the Defendant driving a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.152% in the 2km section from the parking lot near the Giju University located in the Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the 01:10 on the same day from the 01:10 on the same day, at the parking lot near the Giju University located in the Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant was driving a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.152% in the blood alcohol level.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the above paragraph 1, driven a B rocketing motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license within a section of approximately two kilometers, as stated in the above paragraph 1.
