Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment by the Seoul Central District Court for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, including the Mediation of Commercial Sex Acts, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 25, 2017.

Defendant J, while driving the said patrol vehicle and tracking the said car, was demanded by the police officer K to stop the said patrol vehicle several times in microphones without complying with the demand of the police officer K to stop the said patrol vehicle, and was stopped at the front of the said vehicle, and the vehicle stopped at the front.
