Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From December 28, 1967, G independently owned H large 2132 square meters (hereinafter “instant land before the instant subdivision”). From September 27, 198, G sold shares to several persons by dividing it into shares. ① Equity shares on September 27, 1987; ② Equity shares on December 21, 2990; ② Equity shares on September 27, 298; ② Equity shares on September 27, 298 to J were sold to Defendant B for sale to 314.05; ③ Equity shares on September 16, 2008; ② Equity shares on September 27, 298; ② Equity shares were sold to the J to Defendant B for sale to 32/132; and on December 16, 1990; ④ Equity shares were sold to Defendant B for sale to Defendant B for 3/198.30/198; and ④ Equity shares were sold to Defendant B for 3/196/298.3
As a result of sale, G owned 172.48/2132 shares.
B. The owners of the land before the partition agree to partition of co-owned property on February 7, 1992. On February 13, 1992, the registration of ownership transfer was completed based on partition of co-owned property on February 13, 1992. The ownership relationship of each land as a result of partition is as follows, and the status of land after partition is as stated in the certified copy of the cadastral map
