1. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;

A. From December 16, 2018 to February 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) installed two and six computer units necessary for the game at the office of Category D E of the building C from December 16, 2018 to February 15, 2019; (b) installed two and six computer units necessary for the game at the office of Category D of the building C; and (c) electronic lottery games (one to twenty (1 to twenty (28) general game up to five (5), five (5), five (5) general public among the general games up to nine (5) general public; (d) opened three (1 to nine (7) game games in the name of the Defendant’s company with the total amount of money deposited in the office of Category D of the building D; and (e) up to nine (3) 1 to nine (7) game games in the name of the Defendant’s company with three (1 to nine (3) online games; and (5) 1 to nine (3) game games in the name of the Plaintiff.

B. From March 6, 2019 to May 29, 2019 to May 29, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime set forth in subparagraph 1 at the K building and Lho M office at the time of strike from March 6, 2019 to May 29, 2019.
