A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who drives a rocketing taxi owned by CD (State).

On July 4, 2016, the Defendant driven a victim E (29 years of age) in the above taxi on the 23:40th day of July 4, 2016, while driving it in the shape of the victim E (29 years of age), and brought a window to the victim H (64 years of age) of the driver of Gstststststa taxi owned by the driver of the victim F (State) in front of the 3rd-dong subway station located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan at the two-lane: 3rd-dong, Seo-gu, Busan, after stopping at the same one-lane of the Victim H (64 years of age) during the signal, and brought the Defendant with the “hick, ma, and bark to do so.” After taking a bath to the victim, the Defendant driven the above C rocketing taxi, which is a dangerous thing to do so, with the Defendant being frighted to the victim H.

After all, the Defendant suspended the victim H's taxi in front of the signal waiting in Busan Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, while the victim H's taxi in front of the signal going beyond the central line to the Young-gu, Seo-gu, Busan. However, the victim H's taxi was predicted to go beyond the central line to the Young-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, where the victim H's taxi going beyond the central line, and then the victim H's taxi in front of the above Young-gu church was living in front of the victim H's taxi in front of the signal going beyond the traffic, and received the part of the victim H's Ha's gate, after which the victim's Ha was waiting in front of the signal going beyond the central line.

As a result, the Defendant, using a dangerous C cab, destroyed the G rocketing taxi owned by the victim F (ju) to use the G rocketing taxi, and then assaulted the victim H and the victim E, who is a passenger of the said C rocketing taxi, by destroying the repair cost equivalent to KRW 429,108, such as Lice Sheet, and at the same time, assaulted the victim E, who drives the said taxi.
