1. The defendant,

A. On September 22, 2017, the termination of the consignment management contract on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. On September 1, 2014, the Defendant entered into an entrustment management contract with the Plaintiff on the consignment management of the motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet, but the Plaintiff was in arrears for at least three months.

Accordingly, pursuant to Article 16 of the above Trust Management Contract, the Plaintiff, as the delivery of a duplicate of the complaint in this case, seeks to terminate the above Trust Management Contract and to take over the transfer registration procedure for the above vehicle's transfer of ownership. The Plaintiff filed a claim for the entrusted management expenses calculated at the rate of KRW 242,00 per month from September 1, 2017 to the date of taking over the transfer registration procedure for the transfer of ownership of the above vehicle from August 2017.

2. Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act that makes a judgment of deemed confession.
