The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the reasoning of the judgment of the court below in light of the records, it is just to maintain the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted the defendant on the ground that there is no proof of crime regarding the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (private financial brokerage, etc.) among the facts charged in this case, for the reasons stated in its reasoning. There is no violation of the law of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or violation of the law of violation
