A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the damage by finding out in his/her hands 10,000 won, a total of 300,000 won of the market value cultivated by the Victim C in the Busan Southern-gu B dry field owned by the Busan National University of Foreign Language on April 21, 2015.

2. On April 24, 2015, the Defendant destroyed the capital reduction of 150,000 won in the aggregate of the market prices cultivated by the victim at the same place on April 24, 2015, by inserting it into the method of inserting the capital reduction of 150,000 won.
