1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff asserts that C, on December 27, 2012, the interest rate of KRW 85,00,000,00 to the Defendant shall be 2% per month; the period of repayment shall be one month after the Defendant purchased the 3rd floor building of Gwangju Southern-gu D, and that C, on September 1, 2016 and March 20, 2017, transferred the above loan claim to the Plaintiff and notified the Defendant thereof on March 20, 2017.

However, the evidence presented by the Plaintiff alone is insufficient to recognize that C lent money to the Defendant on December 27, 2012, and the Plaintiff’s assertion is without merit.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is without merit.
