Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, demanded the victim B (the 40 years of age and female) to receive the mind, and even though the victim told, “I mamama, I mama,” the Defendant repeated the act of bullying by finding the victim from March 2014 to June 20, 2015, under the name of “D pharmacy” in the operation of the victim in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, U.S., on more than one occasion a week from March 2014 to June 20, 2015.

2.
