A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:00 on July 10, 2019, the Defendant driven a C rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from a place where it is impossible to know at the time of Kimpo-si to the front road of Seoul Guro-gu.

2. Around 20:00 on July 10, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act, driving the said two-lanes of the three-lanes in front of Seoul Guro-gu with the said three-lanes of the said three-lanes, leading to a private-distance intersection from the Kimpo Airport to the erroneous ICT outflow.

It is an intersection with a vehicle signal apparatus installed, and at the same time, at night, there is a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely operating the front line in accordance with the good faith after obtaining a driver's license for a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the negligence of driving a vehicle in violation of the new subparagraph without obtaining a driver's license, and caused the victim's CA110V motor bicycle driving on the right side from the left side of the vehicle driven by the Defendant under the new subparagraph at the front line by the driver in front of the vehicle driven by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant caused the victim to receive an inspection of the satisfaction level on each side, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment, and at the same time damaged the delivery box of the above motorcycle owned by the victim F so that the amount of the repair cost is not sufficient.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, at the same time and place as indicated in the preceding paragraph, operated the said rocketing car without mandatory insurance.
