Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 1, 2013, around 08:50, the Defendant driven a C-ma vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content 0.089% at a section of approximately 2km from the front of the Defendant’s residence located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu to the front of the “gent Library of the Republic of Korea,” which was located in the same Gu and Dong-dong, to the road.
