1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 683 million and the interest rate from October 1, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On December 23, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a loan agreement with Defendant A, setting the credit limit amount to 6.7 billion won, the credit period to 6.7 billion won until December 23, 201, the interest rate of 12% per annum, and damages for delay at 25% per annum, and Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the said loan agreement, and the Plaintiff performed the said loan.

B. The Defendants are obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of credit limit of KRW 6.7 billion, the principal of KRW 683 billion, as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 25% per annum from October 1, 2014 to the date of full payment, as sought by the Plaintiff.
